You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement and that the Instagram account you submit is owned by you or used with the owner's permission.
2. The Service
Aura InstaBoost provides Instagram engagement services such as followers and likes delivered to a public Instagram username or post URL you provide. We never ask for your Instagram password.
Estimated delivery times, refill periods and retention rates shown on the website are commercially reasonable estimates and may vary depending on Instagram's platform behaviour, which is outside our control.
3. Account & Submission
- Your Instagram profile must be public during delivery.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the username, post link, and email address you submit.
- Orders sent to a wrong, private, or deleted account cannot be refunded once delivery has started.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Promote illegal content, hate speech, harassment, sexual content involving minors, or violence.
- Engage in fraud, chargeback abuse, or any activity that violates applicable law.
- Boost accounts you do not have permission to manage.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order that violates these rules.
5. Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe. By submitting an order you authorise the charge of the displayed amount in the displayed currency. Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
6. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
7. Third-Party Platform
Aura InstaBoost is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Instagram, Meta Platforms, Inc., or any of their subsidiaries. "Instagram" is a trademark of Meta Platforms, Inc.
8. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of an Instagram account due to platform actions outside our control.
9. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the new Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the operator's jurisdiction (see Legal Notice), without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence remain unaffected.
