We want every customer to be happy with their order. This policy explains when we issue refunds and how our refill guarantee works.
1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If we fail to deliver your order within 30 days of payment, you are entitled to a full refund. Simply email hello@aurainstaboost.com with your order ID (from the payment receipt) and we will process the refund within 5–10 business days.
2. 30-Day Refill Guarantee
If followers or likes you ordered drop within 30 days of delivery, we will top them back up free of charge. Contact support with your order ID and Instagram handle.
3. EU Right of Withdrawal
Under EU consumer law, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a digital service. By placing an order and asking us to start delivery immediately, you expressly request that performance begins during the withdrawal period and acknowledge that the right of withdrawal is lost once the service has been fully performed (Art. 16(a) of Directive 2011/83/EU).
If we have not yet started delivery, you may cancel within 14 days for any reason and receive a full refund.
4. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds cannot be issued when:
- You provided an incorrect username or post link and delivery already started.
- Your Instagram account was set to private, suspended, or deleted during delivery.
- The order has been fully delivered and is still in place after the refill window.
- You filed a chargeback before contacting our support.
5. How to Request a Refund
- Email hello@aurainstaboost.com.
- Include your Stripe order ID and the Instagram handle used.
- We respond within 24–48 hours.
- Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
6. Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback — we can resolve almost every issue directly. Fraudulent chargebacks may be reported to the payment provider and pursued under applicable law.
