Most customers are willing to leave a review — they just need to be asked at the right moment, in the right way.

The rule

Send the request within 24 hours of the service, and keep it under 3 sentences.

SMS / WhatsApp — short

Hi {name}! Really enjoyed having you at {business} today. If you have 30 seconds, would you mind leaving us a Google review? It genuinely helps our small team → {link}

SMS / WhatsApp — casual

Hey {name}, thanks for stopping by! Quick favor — a Google review from you would mean the world to us: {link}

Email — polite

Hi {name},

Thank you for choosing {business}. If you had a good experience, would you consider leaving a quick Google review? Even one sentence really helps other locals find us.

Email — after a specific service

What not to do

• Do not offer discounts in exchange for a review — Google forbids it.
• Do not send more than one reminder.
• Do not send to unhappy customers hoping for the best — address their issue first.
